Following the acquisition by LIT plc, TDG has announced a series of management changes.

With immediate effect, Mike Branigan has been appointed Chief Executive of TDG Contract Logistics and Graeme Rooney Head of TDG Chemicals. Geoff Thomas has been appointed Finance Chief of TDG Ltd.

David Garman and Jeffrey Hume, previous CEO and CFO respectively, have now left the company, TDG said in a statement.

Alex Paiusco, Chief Executive of LIT plc, the holding company of TDG said: “TDG is a great company and we are proud to be its financial backers.

"The current economic climate poses both challenges and opportunities and TDG’s ability to provide services and expertise that help customers to achieve their targets will continue to be very much in demand. We are convinced that TDG, under the leadership of Mike and Graeme, will be able to offer both stability to customers and growth in the business.

“Our vision at LIT is to enable TDG to become Europe’s most successful provider of specialised logistics services with global capabilities,” added Paiusco.
