Britvic extends Wincanton contract

Drinks manufacturer Britvic has extended its contract with Wincanton plc for a further two years, building on its nine-year relationship with the company.

The supply chain provider will continue to operate Britvic’s national distribution centre in Lutterwort.

Wincanton has been involved with the centre since it opened in 1994 and handles its entire transport fleet.

Commenting on the contract, Dave Eslick, director of logistics, Britvic, said: “Wincanton understands our business and has consistently demonstrated its ability to improve efficiencies and reduce costs on our behalf.”
